CAN YOU WORK OUT ON YOUR OWN, WHICH I THINK IS PRETTY AMAZING.>>IT’S EXPENSIVE AND YOU PAY FOR THE PROGRAMS BUT IT’S KIND OF LIKE HAVING A SPIN CLASS IN YOUR HOUSE.>>I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE THIS AND SWEAR BY IT. THEY USE IT ALL THE TIME.>>NEXT CIRCUIT TRAINING, INTERVAL TRAINING.>>I REMEMBER, WHAT WAS IT CALLED.>>THE BO FLEX.>>THE BO FLEX AND ALL THESE OLD KIND OF CIRCUIT TRAINING, THAT WAS THE BIG WORD. NOW YOU’VE GOT CROSS FIT, OF COURSE, ORANGE THEORY TO NAME A FEW. THESE GUYS ARE DOING THIS. CROSSFIT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY WORKOUT. I’M DOING LIKE A CROSSFIT LIGHT.>>WHAT ABOUT INTERVAL TRAINING, HEART RATE GOES UP, GOES DOWN.>>I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THAT. I CAN’T HAVE MY HEART SHOOT UP QUICKLY. I’M MORE OR LESS DOING LIGHTER VERSION OF IT. WITH CIRCUIT TRAINING YOU’RE HITTING UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY, CARDIOVASCULAR. YOU’RE PUTTING EVERYTHING IN. IF YOU OM HAVE 20 MINUTES TO WORK OUT, TRY OUT ONE OF THOSE CLASSES BECAUSE IT’S GOING TO BE A GOOD ONE FOR YOU.>>MOVE DOWN HERE. OH, MY GOSH. FOR SOME GIRLS, ESPECIALLY, THAT START TO GET A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT CROSSFIT OR ORANGE THEORY, I DON’T WANT TO BULK UP, WHICH IT TAKES A LOT TO BULK SOMEONE UP, YOU GO INTO THESE CLASSES, LET ME TELL YOU, YOU’RE GOING TO GET RIPPED AND LEAN.>>GET A LOT OF AGGRESSION OUT.
