– It started out where I
was just simply working in the front yard. Not to strenuous. It was a hot day. And I felt okay. And then all of a sudden
I just felt dizzy. Had a bit of a pain cross my chest pain down my left arm. Still didn’t put it together as being a heart attack or anything. I went and I sat down for a few minutes. And still felt incredibly dizzy. So I went into the house
at that point in time. And that’s when I just kinda fell over. Not sure how long I laid
there, but I got up and sat in uh on a couch. Still felt the same, incredibly dizzy. And then all of a sudden
my wife came home. She had been out that morning. Probably hadn’t been too
long since I had fallen down. And uh, she was going to
take me to the hospital. But I told her I was too dizzy. I couldn’t even make it to the car. And that’s when she called 911. They had me out in the ambulance probably in two or three minutes. They had me attached to a few machines. Had uh In a process of sending
my vitals to the hospital When I came into the hospital they wheeled me directly
into the emergency room and Dr. Lambda before they even started
anesthetic or anything my blood pressure had dropped down to 37. And uh, he started to open up
my vein at that point in time and put the tubes in. And it’s my understanding
that within twenty-two minutes he actually cleared the first block. So I guess it’s quick action of the uh emergency crew, my wife thinking, obviously the doctors here at the hospital and uh, the nursing staff. And the people here, now
that I’m in the therapy to try to recover from,
um build up my strength my stamina back up. So, this hospital, I’m
glad that I came here and didn’t go somewhere else. The people here just reacted instantly and I don’t think they could
have done it any faster. Maybe, that’s why I’m here
right now talking to you is because the speed that they did it in. And also the amount of
recovery that I have to do already I’m fairly strong. It didn’t do any real damage to my heart because they had reacted so quickly. I just can’t emphasize
enough how appreciative I am of how professional and
capable this place is for handling somebody in my situation. And I’m sure I’m not alone. There’s probably many
other people out there that have gone through the same thing. And I guess it’s it’s a very positive story I have and it’s only because
of the quick reaction of the hospital and the emergency crew.
