Massive English BBQ Challenge w/ Ribs, Chicken, & Burnt Ends!!

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel
‘Atlas’ and i am very very excited tonight because I get back for the
fourth time in Bristol, England I am at Grillstock BBQ I’m taking on their Grand
Champion BBQ Challenge! This thing is meaty! There are a whole
bunch of meats and then a few sides but we’ve got rack of pork ribs
we’ve got some beef brisket, we’ve got pulled pork, we’ve got burnt ends, and
then we’ve got half of a chicken, and then we’ve got some mac and cheese along
with a piece of cornbread, we’ve got some pickled onions some pickles, and then
some coleslaw! I’ve got one hour to finish this thing if I fail it’s gonna
be 40 quid, but if I win I’m going to get the meal free, and I’ll be one of the few
people up on the wall of fame, let’s get this challenge started! All right it was a beautiful day today
you got to do some awesome sightseeing around Bristol great to be back thank
you to Grillstock for having us in they’ve got another location in
Leicester where they do the challenge as well, but a few things I forgot to
mention – all of these chili cheese fries in the middle got to eat those within
the hour! and if I do win I’ll get a sweet t-shirt
and I’ll get a few bottles of barbecue sauce that they make here, so let’s get
on that wall fame, lets dominate! 1, 2, 3…Boom! All right gonna
start with the ribs. I’ve got my plate where I can put all my bones, but let’s go! Apparently these chickens have like seven legs! We’re just over 14 minutes in we got
those delicious ribs down we got all that chicken down, there was a lot of
chicken there, but it was very tender and juicy! Delicious, now we’ll move on to the
other meats, and then we’ll do the sides. We’re 21 and a half minutes in the
records already long past but we still have plenty of time I think we’re gonna
get it get some of these healthy vegetables down and then we’ll do the
pulled pork! 25 minutes in 30 seconds in got the
creamy mac and cheese now now it’s time for the cornbread or jalapeno cornbread
then we’ll go on to this massive portion of pulled pork! 37 minutes and 45 seconds in I’ve got
everything down other than the chili cheese fries it took me a while to get
this bar so the chili on top is a bit cold so I’m gonna eat that first well I
can stomach it along with my diet coke and then I will eat these fries but I
think we’re gonna get it we still have 22 minutes! I’m getting old! Alright lets get this going guys – RANDY, RANDY, RANDY!!! Really love how juicy and tender that
chicken was the half chicken or whole chicken, whatever it was, the pork ribs were delicious! the chili cheese fries would have been
great if I’d eaten them earlier, thank you guys for watching! Overall win number 624!
